Created during lockdown – when it was difficult to go out anywhere and dress up with a pair of our favourite shoes – a pair of red soled Christian Louboutin heels – So “Night In” was borne – why not get dressed and wear them anyway!
This piece is produced on 280 gsm Fabriano papers. Signed limited edition of 10. A black wood frame complements this piece. 40cm x 48cm

Squeezebox
£3,250.00Carborundum, collagraph ,collage ,monotype (framed) Mixed media monoprint and collage. This is comprised of printed strips of masking tape taken from several hand inked carborundum plates then arranged and assembled to form a collage. My current work comprising of paintings and printmaking focusses on the personalities of the individual caught up in the confusion and speed of the modern world. My aim here was to create some chaos by deconstructing the faces and then re-assembling them.
It was scrolling through ‘Stories’ in social media that inspired this work ‘Squeezebox’. In these ‘stories’ images flash before us like a never ending ’Show and tell.’ These images are incomplete, mere fractions of a ‘story’ which hustle to catch our attention and approval within in a tight time frame and space. A black wood frame complements this piece.

The Field
£350.00 – £700.00Curves and rolls of a ploughed field in Dorset where I grew up. Using a metallic ink to highlight the soil and lines of carving for showing texture. One colour block with under painting added.

The substrate board is backed with a black aluminium frame moulding which gives the appearance of a “floating” artwork.
