  • Viridian

    £175.00

Mixed media on paper. My works on paper reflect fragments of a thought, feeling or sensation. They are ephemeral, the realisation of a moment. Paper is like skin, it’s fragile and permeable . This piece was created in a constant state of revision, by layering, scraping and dissolving the paint I hoped to distil the essence of a state of mind. A black wood frame complements this piece

  • Win Green

    £2,000.00

Acrylic on canvas. Win Green is an iconic hill in North Dorset that stands at nearly 1000 feet and has far reaching views to the South Coast. The clump of trees marks a Bronze Age barrow ( burial site) beacon . I have walked my dog there in all weathers, and this painting depicts a sunny day with the wind blowing through .

  • Wishful 1

    £150.00

Oil on canvas (framed) . This is one of many small paintings of contemplative heads I created during Lockdown.  I was unable to travel to my studio so I decided to build on my miniature paintings from my ‘lockdown studio’ aka – the kitchen table. Working on a miniature scale has been a great way to experiment with new approaches and materials. I have painted many of these and they have become part of my ‘Moments of being’ series – they’re visual expressions of moments; emotions and musings on daily life. A black wood frame complements this piece.
