  • Bronze vessel 1

    £350.00

Bronze vessel in cast bronze – part of the Bronze elements collection.

This collection draws inspiration from the incomplete narrative and the ambiguity present in the ancient artifacts of our lost civilizations.  There is an emphasis on organic distortion, as part of the never- ending investigative process, where the properties of the materials and  the casting process more than often craft the direction and evolution of the final piece.  Like a found relic no matter the size, beauty is always going to be found in the most inconspicuous and overlooked details.

  • Peacock

    £3,500.00

Cast bronze sculpture polished and coloured to contrast of dark and light patina, set on a bronze base.

This piece is inspired by the art of the French artist “Francois Pompon”. It celebrates shape and form whilst playing with the reliefs – achieving a balance of mass dictated by light and the finishing surface.

  • Trojan Horse

    £900.00

Bronze sculpture mounted on bronze stand.

My Art is very much inspired by the ancient world and its stories.  The Trojan War legend was one of the most important events in Greek mythology. From this story the iconic image of the Trojan horse emerges and so does my sculpture.  With its arched neck, rough texture and discoloured patina, its an artifact brought forward from that time and age. Perhaps found in an excavation site or maybe from a sunken ship.
